NDIS Support Coordination

Conservation Hearts Support Coordination is based in beautiful Gold Coast Australia. We are passionate about assisting people to get the maximum benefit out of their NDIS funding packages.

Conservation Hearts Support Coordination is run by experienced support coordinator Carly Wilson. Carly worked as a disability support worker for thirteen years prior to moving into support coordination and had a front seat to the rollout of the NDIS.

Carly has witnessed the many positive impacts NDIS has had on the lives of Australians with disabilities but also has a strong understanding of the challenges involved in trying to understand and navigate the complex, complicated, and constantly changing landscape that is the NDIS.

Conservation Hearts Support Coordination works with plan and self managed NDIS participants who are funded for support coordination. We can also assist you to request that your support coordination funding be moved to plan managed, if it is currently agency managed.

We work primarily with those living locally within the Gold Coast region but we do have some participants further afield and we even have some flexibility to work with people out of state, if required, on a remote basis. We are committed to working with a limited amount of participants to ensure that everyone’s funding can be well utilised and there is adequate time available to dedicate to everyone that we support. We also can assist in a pro bono capacity in some cases (by request), including assisting people to access the NDIS.

Assisting people

Carly Wilson is an experienced disability support worker

Our experience

We have particular experience supporting people with progressive disabilities, Glioblastoma, intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, and psychosocial disabilities.

Carly also has a science background and her evidence approach to report writing has had a positive benefit for many of her participants when it comes to preparing for reviews and requesting funding increases, home modifications, and requesting NDIS supported housing.

Conservation Hearts takes a passionate and compassionate approach to our work. Not everyone was dealt an easy hand in life and we are here to support you. A portion of our coordination proceeds are funnelled into our sister business, Conservation Heart Films, which produces wildlife conservation and humanitarian/social impact documentaries with the aim of spreading understanding and compassion within the world.
